IN-STUDIO RECORDING
Will someone help me set up?
Yes. A producer will be present throughout the session to manage the recording, cameras and audio, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Each booking is a 1.5 hour session, which covers setup, recording and wrap-up. Every session also includes a full edit, with your logo, intro and graphics added. Most podcasts typically run between 50 minutes and 1 hour 10 minutes, so the session length provides flexibility without feeling rushed.
Can I do a test run before my actual session?
Yes. A short test recording is carried out at the beginning of the session to ensure the cameras, audio and overall setup are working correctly and that you’re happy before the full podcast recording begins.
How is the podcast recording process managed?
Recording is handled using two professional Shure MV7X microphones and three Sony 4K camera angles, all routed through a Roland mixer to ensure clear audio and high-quality video. The cameras are automatically switched during recording, allowing the video to follow the active speaker and create a natural, professional flow. After the session, the recording is professionally edited to include audio clean-up, colour grading, your logo, intro and on screen graphics, and the removal of any unwanted sections. Your finished podcast is then delivered via secure cloud storage, ready to download and publish.
Can I bring a guest or co-host?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a guest or co-host. Please note that we allow a maximum of 2 people in the studio at any one time, including the host. This helps ensure the space remains comfortable and safe for everyone.
What microphones are available in the studio?
We provide 2 x Shure MV7X professional podcast microphones, each set up on sturdy mic stands and ready to use when you arrive. These dynamic mics are designed to capture clear, high-quality audio while minimising background noise, ideal for podcasting, interviews, and vocal recording. No setup needed on your end, everything will be ready for you when you walk in.
What cameras do you use?
The studio is equipped with three professional Sony 4K cameras, mounted on adjustable tripods to capture high-quality video from multiple angles. Everything is set up and ready before your session to ensure a smooth recording experience and a polished, professional look on camera.
What lighting setup do you have?
The studio uses professional Godox SL60IID LED video lights, providing strong, consistent lighting that creates a clean and flattering on-camera look. Background lighting is also included to enhance the overall atmosphere and give the studio a polished, professional feel.
Is the studio soundproofed?
The studio is acoustically treated to ensure a clean, high-quality recording environment. Our microphones are designed to focus on your voice while minimising any ambient sound, so you'll experience a quiet and controlled setting ideal for podcasting or interviews.

We stay in contact throughout the process and are happy to accommodate where possible if any flexibility is needed.
